I would like to express my deep satisfaction with great service provided by Desjardins Subaru personal, especially Yan Lapointe. Despite I had to fly from Toronto and drive all the way back, service provided made this trip rather pleasure than a difficulty. Well done!

Not very happy with the "service". Almost 6 months and several visits to try and make some sense of the so-called facial recognition feature. Ended up simply cancelling it since no one could really figure out how it works and what it is supposed to do. A dumb concept ! Also, much difficulty having phone calls returned by the service mgr. and especially the gen. mgr. who never responded to my messages.

My salesman Tommy was very professionnal and took his time to give me very detailed comparison between the different models. I didn't end up buying a Subaru but this guy was seriously amazing
