Excellent customer service. Guillaume Lefrancois was an absolute pleasure to do business with. Very happy with my purchase, and very happy with the professional service I received. I drove 2.5 hours from MTL to QC and I couldn't be happier. 100% recommend.
Sales are ok, but service is horrible. You arrive there and no one even looks at you or asks if they can help. It once took 2 hours for an oil change. Last time they forgot to order a part so I had to leave and come back another week. No respect for their customers who pay a high premium for their vehicle.
I went there for a landrover and the service was fine.
Called 3 times to make a maintenance appointment, never heard back.
Beloved ... Do not judge yourself according to how you are dressed. Good service - not many vehicles in the showroom. But in general - very good service. Courteous and professional.
