Premium Cars Wholesale (12/04/2020)

This dealership does not care about customer service !!! As you can see they already have a lot of bad reviews. Just had the worst experience with this dealership and I wish I never done any agreement with them. They basically don’t care about long-term business. I do not recommend this dealership to anybody. If you want are looking for a Land Rover Jaguar please consider buying it from another dealership that does care for their clients.

Excellent customer service. Guillaume Lefrancois was an absolute pleasure to do business with. Very happy with my purchase, and very happy with the professional service I received. I drove 2.5 hours from MTL to QC and I couldn't be happier. 100% recommend.

I leased a Discovery here and when I returned the car they tried their best to make money out of everything! Its been several months and Im still receiving new bills! When you lease a LandRover you dont care about a couple of hundreds dollars but the experience and respect is what counts. I had a very different experience with Mercedes Quebec!

Honestly the worst auto service I've ever seen First, the charged price is exorbitant: I just had an oil change and then a little check because I was making a long trip it cost $ 438 I had another mechanic do the exact same service the charged price $ 138 The technician had not even noted the thickness of the brake pads, he had to call it, he remembered the number of millimeters on each pad by heart and scribbled numbers on the paper. Even though he says they were new brakes I had driven miles with it. It's unprofessional Second To change the oil and filters it took them over 2h30min just to justify $ 438 of oil change. Go to a mechanic elsewhere you will get what you pay for.
