They were so nice and explained everything well about my new car. Everything went very smoothly. Everyone was so payed back as well as happy and kind. Very happy!! From the time of contacting them to purchasing to leaving with the car, they were so helpful and amazing!

Absolutely terrible service!! I called them because I needed to reset my brake fluid sensor. They are listed as my "Service Center" in my Mini's computer. The technician refused to tell me how I could preform the reset and to "look for it on YouTube". I explained that my Mini was a 2017 and there were no videos for my model and he said "it was too complicated to explain." What I needed to do that was "too complicated to explain" was while on the digital speedometer screen, hold the odometer button for 10 seconds and it will take you to the menu to reset the break fluid. I called a different Mini dealer and they were more than happy to explain that to me. If that was too complicated for the technician there, I wouldn't trust them to do any work on my Mini ever!!!

Last week, I made an appointment for an oil change and a full inspection of my 2013 mini. Since I had left for the week I left my vehicle on Monday. The service person called me today for payment and explanation of my bill, I was amazed to know that they replaced the spark plugs and the cabin filter without notifying me beforehand. 'advanced! I paid my bill! I contacted the director of the service and I received a very singular response with a touch of arrogance which I would have done very well! So he said that everything was correct in making an appointment and that I was the one who asked for it ... which is false and the technical advisor never told me about it. The director's response was that it was due to the Covid-19 that I could not discuss with my adviser when I delivered my key Monday to validate the repairs to be made ... really very disappointed with the service !! I will do my next repairs at another dealership, even if it's 2 hours away!

I always tried to buy a Mini Cooper car that I had noticed. The inside is very luxurious and neatly decorated, and you can casually enjoy the capsule coffee and sweets from the snack bar. The dealers were also very friendly and cooperative, so I was able to have a pleasant conversation. Plus, you can enjoy your test drive as quickly and easily as you like. I have heard of several other brand agents in the vicinity of other than the Mini, but there has been no better service than here.
