Very knowledgeable and fast service. They also host two amazing group rides every week for all skill levels - great for meeting new people and riding new trails!

Seems like a good bike shop. Like most bike shops they are struggling with stock levels due to Covid and everyone on earth suddenly discovering how awesome biking is. Staff are friendly and they carry some good brands (Norco, Rocky Mountain, Specialized). Worth a visit if in town and need something.

We just bought 2 e-bikes from Swicked Cycles. We had previously shopped other shops in Campbell River and Victoria. James was very friendly and he provided a lot of professional advice that helped inform our decision. We are incredibly happy with our purchases. We will certainly recommend Swicked Cycles.
