I have my 2015 Hyundai Santa Fe serviced by Campbell River Hyundai even though I don't live in Campbell River. I find that Megan Galloway - Service Department Manager and her team of highly qualified technicians not only take great car of my car, they also take good care of me. They do not perform work if it is not needed, they explain everything they're doing and make sure I fully understand. The whole facility is well managed and have excellent COVID-19 protocols which are followed by staff and customers. I would strongly recommend them for your service needs.

He is a good listener; he had me drive a number of vehicles until I found the one that perfectly matched my needs. This level of attention and care was evident as well when Nelly, Vicky and Megan facilitated the warranty , financial and service piece. All of these folks approached the transaction with a friendly and professional manner. They went out of their way to accommodate my wishes and I left feeling really happy and confident that I had chosen the best place to replace my 32 year old ride. I cannot remember a time in my consumer experience when I felt that I was valued like this. I do not hesitate to recommend Campbell River Hyundai! Excellent all round.
