Campbell River Honda

Great experience with Campbell River Honda. Love our new car (well- new to us). Appreciated the low key and relaxed atmosphere in the dealership. Thanks to Kennedy and Esther for their help in moving us to yes to buy the car. Also thanks to Shawn for being so patient and proactive in working with us to deal with and finally have success with our overly bureaucratic and "rules bound" bank!

I have been very satisfied with the service I have received from Campbell River Honda, and with my HRV Sport. The car runs well and is pretty good on gas , and I like the features like the back-up camera and the right mirror image when changing lanes. There was one instance of incorrect invoicing, but when I brought it to your attention, it was immediately corrected. I appreciate that kind of customer service. Just recently purchased a truck from Campbell River Honda. The vehicle was well priced, and the Manager Shawn did an excellent job with viewing the vehicle remotely, and answering all of my questions in a prompt and thorough way. There were a couple of items that came up that were dealt with in the most professional and hassle-free way which really made all the difference. A very pleasant buying experience overall. The sales people at Campbell River Honda were pretty much up front with our negotiations. There was no "Island Package" as it was included in the cost of the vehicle. We know we traded an excellent car and likely would have done much better had we sold it privately but I guess we avoided the hassle of doing that. We are very happy with our CRV. We purchased our last car from them and the service was excellent. We trust it will be the same this time.

Great employees, great work. 5 star experience for thier service. Especially Brianne Fenn, the parts and service advisor is awesome. She cleared all my concerns on my car. Definitely will go back to them for my services.
