Waypoint Insurance

I was rather apprehensive about renewing my car insurance. But within 5 minutes, I qualified for another year's worth. Can't remember the young lady's name, but she was very efficient and personable. Thank you.

I would highly recommend Waypoint insurance. I have had my insurance through Waypoint for years and have always been very satisfied. However, today they went above and beyond in customer service. I had inadvertently let my car insurance lapse. The date of the sticker on the plate was later this month and when I reviewed the reminder letter, my insurance had actually expired 5 days ago. I used messenger on their website, sent in an online request to renew and in no time... I was renewing via email and telephone. They provided a step by step process which was very easy to follow as there is no "in person contact" at the office yet. I so appreciate the supportive, prompt and efficient service to have me back on the road so I can to go work. Thank you for a job well done to each and every person who helped me correct my error.
