I used the service department only. Fantastic experience as my list was very long for my 2011 F150. As I am out of town and driving my home away from home, The cleanliness and comfort of the kitchen, desk, bathroom was extra important, and appreciated as I spent most of the day doing office work. Great referral to Canada Spring. Thank you Brad Gerry, For a great experience, looking forward to meeting the tech later.

I had such a positive experience at Coastal Ford. I had been searching for weeks for an affordable second hand vehicle after mine was stolen, and finally felt like I was being taken care of when I arrived here. They were friendly but not pushy, communicative, and I really felt like they had my best interests in mind. From the person who answered my inquiry on Facebook Marketplace, to the lovely man who greeted me in the parking lot with "You must be Jenny!" (shout out to Lorenz), to Chris the sales manager, and Sharon who processed my payment - they really have a dream team at this spot! Everyone was SO NICE. Thanks so much for making buying a car so enjoyable and easy. You really went above and beyond.

Coastal Ford is amazing! Just purchased my 4th vehicle from them and each experience has gotten better and better. Having dealt with Hash now for 5 years, he has a great and honest approach. He says what he does and does what he says. It's a true pleasure to deal with a straight and easy salesman.
