The slaughterhouse or better known as The Destination Toyota Burnaby My experience buying a car from them and going through their Business office to finance my car follow up 9 months later trying to do my first service (Oil &filter change) has been one of the most HORRIBLE experiences to say the list. Starting from James McInnes the general manager followed by Carmine Russo the general sales manager and it trickles down the corporate culture which seems to only value money over integrity and Hypocrisy over customer service but it doesn’t end there. At the business office where a dishonest money hungry finance manager does his or her best to act as someone who has your best interest in mind but in reality, adding unwanted and undeclared unsubstantial finance fees and other B.S fees to your deal. By the time is all over and you realize these people are not what they seem. Their only mission in life is to take you for a ride and empty your pockets. Now moving on to service department: On April 04th , 2020 I went to destination Toyota Burnaby to do the first oil & filter change for my car according to the sticker on my windshield which was dated for March 15th “I was little late” however the girl behind the counter said that the sticker is wrong and that I can’t get an oil change and send me home with total disregard for my time on a Saturday morning even though the whole thing was their fault to begin with. So, I went home and contacted their service manager Don Preston who is a sorry excuse for service department manager in a dealership claiming to be the number one Toyota dealership in lower mainland ( NOT TRUE by the way). Don Preston was too lazy to handle the situation so he passed it on to his errand boy Adam Morrison (another incompetent service manager) to clean up their mess however since everything at destination Toyota is only superficial Adam Morrison is trying hard to prove his incompetency and so far after a month they have been arrogantly unwilling to resolve this issue. Wow this is customer service destination Toyota Burnaby style. If I was one of the owners ( the Aziz family) I would ask James McInnes and the rest of the management team why they are so incompetent to solve this issue.? ** SHAM ON YOU destination Toyota.
