Cleaning and light demo room. Individual offices are organized and clean as well. Employees are basically nice, friendly, professional, and patient. Price is pretty good after discounts and reasonable after tax. Waiting time is acceptable. Process speed is quick. Credit cards accepted. Overall experience is not bad.

Absolutely amazing! Car shopping is not easy but Eric was so great. He never pushed us into anything we weren't sure about. We visited other dealerships too because we weren't sure what car we wanted. We went back to Carter Cadillac Burnaby 4 times and decided to give them the business. Everyone from Eric, to the friendly, welcoming receptionist to the manager were purely genuine. Eric spent so much time with us, going over different financing options. We switched our minds so many times and Eric didn't even show an ounce of frustration. He really made our car buying experience positive and as a result, has gained a lifetime customer.
