Christopher Holmsten was the gentleman my partner and I were fortunate to deal with when purchasing a 2021 Tacoma. He was excellent to speak with, super understanding, supportive and all around a great person who provided an enjoyable experience. We were offered the opportunity to work with another advisor but chose to wait until Chris was available. I highly recommend Chris if you are looking for a vehicle. 10/10 would recommend Destination Toyota to those looking to buy. They are very professional. To ensure complete honesty: The sales manager at the time of sale/deposit would do well to present a more accommodating body language. His communication was excellent and articulate and professional. The only real issue was the authoritative ego in his body posture during negotiation. When you're buying a brand new truck, you want to feel valued more than just another number. Some vehicles come with more negotiating room than others, i get it, regardless I don't want to feel like my business means little to them or that it doesn't matter if I buy or not cause someone else will... It's the little things that leave a customer leaving feeling completely satisfied.

Came in for 8K km. service, I was initially told that it would take 1 hr. to 1.5 hr., to my surprise it was done in a little less than an hour, good job! Unfortunately, the car was not wash which they usually do. Not a big issue for me but they should be consistent. It feels good to drive a clean car after a maintenance service. This gives you an impression that it was well taken cared of inside and out.

Their "express" line for oil changes is slower, and rates are a bit more expensive than others, but you receive far more for your dollar. I've only had my vehicle serviced here personally a few times, but it's always cleaner when I get it back. The previous owner of my vehicle had it serviced here so they have all the past records. The lady at the service counter helped me figure out the best course for what service was due and how to time it with my schedule. Very positive experience so far. Will continue to have my vehicle serviced here, and have recommended to other Toyota owners also. Thanks and keep up the great work! PS: The new Uber service that appears to have replaced their shuttle service is way quicker. Makes dropping off and picking up your vehicle so much easier and hassle free.

Cheri has been my adviser for many years and I have found her to be very honest, and very hard working. All my vehicles are serviced at the dealer regularly and have absolutely no issues. After an initial communication issue, the Sale Manager, Marcus Chan, did an excellent job working with my partner and I to negotiate a deal remotely on a new 2021 Tacoma prior to finalizing the deal in person. Very professional and no hassle process. Would highly recommend!
