I’ve been bringing my Honda Odyssey to Destination Honda Burnaby for years and they never failed to give me an exceptional service. Brandon Lee is the best when it comes to service. He goes all the way to make sure that I get what I need and most of the times more than I expected. I’m very happy with Destination Honda Burnaby. The people who works at service department are very professional, reliable and honest. Keep up the good work👍🏻

My intentions were only to go in for a test drive and ended up driving a new car home. The staff were all welcoming and professional from when I drove into the dealership. I was greeted by the reception desk who clearly explained the QR code for contact tracing. Once on the sale floor I was greeted by Adam who asked "How are you doing today?" before he asked how he could assist me. He listened to my list of needs and the reasons for the visit. He maintain his focus on finding and offering the car that was best suited for the list I provided. He respected the boundaries I set in regards to up-selling and "bells and whistles" during my shop, ensuring that my list was met. As we we moved through the process Matthew was brought into the picture and we discussed any added value products. The financing team was informational and clear while we finalised the purchase. The service department was timely in contacting me for a follow up appointment for a service and it was a seamless process. I would rate this dealership 5 stars and that I feel that I was very comfortable with my decision to purchase that day and that the staff was knowledgeable, allowing me to feel at some much ease that I will be able to continue a relationship with Destination Honda Burnaby.

Amazing and well done. 😇👍❤️👌Today, Ronaldo helped get me in to change my tires to winter tires, just on time before winter arrives as I was driving through the mountains this weekend. He went above and beyond for me and did not turn me away. Incredibly cheerful and dedicated to excellent customer service! That's why I won't go anywhere else.
