Eric and staff were fantastic, exactly the service we were seeking when it was time to replace a vehicle. Eric invested time with us over several visits, giving clear, honest perspective on pros and cons of different vehicles within our price range, taking our preferences in to consideration by showing us only what we were interested in, not simply trying to sell us into just anything. At no time did we feel under pressure to purchase, and when we eventually decided on a vehicle, we were happy and confident to purchase from Eric and the staff at Luxor. I do not live in BC so I required substantial help to buy without physically seeing the vehicle first. I was assisted mainly by John, he was very honest and accommodating to my requests. In addition, he was attentive in pointing out minor imperfections the vehicle had before I decided to buy.
Luxor arranged transportation of the vehicle to me, which ended up being 4 times faster than I had expected.
When I received my car it was in excellent detailed condition, and they included factory winter floor mats as a bonus.
Even after the sale they kept in contact to ensure the transfer of ownership went smoothly.

Arrived from overseas and needed a car urgently to get around. Contacted numerous dealers during quarantine and found John at Luxor to be the most responsive. Found a car online at their site, bought immediately after quarantine. Everything works and gas mileage amazing. Used car but lots of life left in it. Transaction and registration was very fast and efficient. It was a good experience.
