5 Stars, 10/10, if your looking to buy a car I would 100% recommend the Vancouver Car centre. I bought my first ever car from a dealership about a month ago from here, and it was an amazing experience. I went about 4 times before purchasing my 2016 Ford Escape. The staff helped me every step of the way, explaining all the financing and details that would be important for me to be aware of. Miranda was the first employee I met and she really helped guide me during the sale. She was so welcoming and super nice. Always checking in to make sure I was fully satisfied. She went out of her way to ensure I got fair value back on my trade in and was a huge reason why I decided to purchase my vehicle here. Adrian helped with the financing part and went through everything step by step so I really knew what I was getting myself in to. Walking out after signing the contracts I felt confident and like they really wanted me to be happy and feel good about buying a car and to have no regrets and now after about 6 weeks I can definitely say they did an Amazing job!! I cannot say enough about how extremely happy I am with the Vancouver Car Centre. My credit score is not the best now. I lost my vehicle due to an accident, and I had a hard time getting approved for a new car with other car dealers. Miranda and her team did magic and got me approved the same day!! Plus, they got me in a way nicer car than I expected. A beautiful used Mercedes-Benz that looks like 8 times the price they sold it for! Also, they got me an extra warranty for peace of mind. This was the first time I was dealing with these guys, and I am so happy that I found this place. All the process was smooth. They explained to me all my options and did everything above and beyond to put the best deal for my situation. Thank you again, guys! Big kudos to Miranda and Adam! I definitely can recommend them.

Very smooth experience. I came in to buy a car and was unsure of what I could get financed for. The team at Vancouver Car Centre helped process my application and get a very good rate and payment that fit my budget. They only showed me vehicles in my price range and found a match that worked. I would definitely buy from them again.

Wow ... not many times I can speak to a good experience at a car lot but this place really stands out. Their salespeople really care about putting you in the right ride for your budget.
