While I love wearing lululemon clothing. I had a negative experience in store trying the return a pair of pants. The pants started pilling after several washes. I was told in store that the pants are only to be worn for a yoga class and not for an entire day and that is why they have worn out and it is my fault??? I was under the impression lululemon had quality control standards.
Everyone was super helpful, finding the size and style I was looking for. Amazing service!
Red Deer does not have a mandatory mask policy and I am grsteful for that but also grateful that individual choices are being respected. Having said that, the experience I had today did not reflect that. We were met with an unfriendly, militant greeting, being told we would not be allowed access to shop unless we complied....we left...guess I will not be purchasing from Lululemon in the future
Informative, friendly staff. Crowded with customers but well maintained and organized.
Every time I go into this location I am amazed at how friendly and helpful the staff are! They treat me like I'm a personal friend each time. I'd love to mention that Haley helped me out last time I was in with getting some new pants for yoga - she was so lovely!
