Have done there twice now for presents for my youngest. I had no idea that D&D grew this much from when I played it as a kid(70s). The guys there actually take their time to explain. They show me things that are fabulous. I'm actually going there later today. Need to figure out Christmas presents again. Keep it up guys.
Big box type store. Needs gaming area. Stock rotation is fairly slow. Friendly staff, very helpful, and kind. Decent prices. I've seen better, but I've seen way worse too. The best in Red Deer.

He is not only very knowledgeable and professional but also such a likeable guy and he truly understands customer service, he goes above and beyond and he was invaluable to me getting me set up with an upgrade from laptop to desktop.
