Not once in the handful of times being in this store have I ever been greeted, acknowledged, or helped. This time... Two associates on floor, and one (manager?) at the front watching everyone. I was passed three times by the same associate, who glanced at me and quickly away... I did watch, and they were not preoccupied with other potential customers. In fact, several people were visibly needing a hand with no assistance possible.

We purchased 2 Acer chrome books back in September Had a great customer service experience We were recommended that we purchase the Chinooks edge student replacement warranty coverage Which we did so we would not be without a chrome book One of the chrome books has had the USB ports become faulty We have brought the chrome book back to be told it would have to be sent away for 10 days But if we spilled a drink on it and it quit working they could replace it This is not how we we sold the coverage Nor does this make any sense to me. NOT HAPPY

I came to this location and dealt with Anthony. He was very professional and informative. I purchased a liquid armor screen protector for my phone and was more than impressed with everything! I will be taking my phones here from now on. Thank you!

Had to get some printing done within 2 days, and a mixup occurred. Was told over the phone that the job would actually take 4 days. I came in and David in the print section helped sort everything out, and I got my printing in time. He was very helpful and accommodating.

WOW, I have a pest control company and the first attempt to print my pamphlets by one of the guys wasnt so good but i want to thank DAVID MARQUEZ In the print and copy area. He managed to fix it and honestly what an awesome guy. Helpful, kind and a great amigo 👌🏼 Gracias amigo muy buen servicio
