Had two vehicle insurance policies. One will expire next week, another one is renewed policy. Wanted to transfer both from one vehicle to another. Actually, I successfully did absolutely same procedure a week ago, Sunday as well. Customer service representative Paul managed to transfer one policy, and said that the System doesn't let him transfer another one. So I decided to transfer the first one back. Each transfer cost me 28 dollars, 56 total for no result. Don't care whose fault is it, as a customer I achieved absolutely zero result, besides waste of time and money. Won't use the agency services again, and, yes, looking forward to move somewhere where there is no ICBC. CHEERS!
