The online claim service is okay but there does not seem to be any communication between departments. The "Provider department' does NOT communicate well with the Extended Health department. I have called 4 times to have my provider address changed so that I can submit a claim. My provider has emailed twice and called once to ensure that the change was made...she was assured it had been updated. I am still not able to submit a claim...after 3 weeks of trying to correct an error they admit to have made.

If I can simply put this: "Garbage in, Garbage Out".

Said I didn't indicate how many minutes my physio was when I submitted my claim. I'm pretty sure I did. Could not change it. Also I tried using the app to submit my claim but was unable to get past the provider. Could not add or select one that was on my provider list. No + sign. Had to go to the main site to process claim.

Good job if you send in your claims on time, but that doesn't mean anything if they receive them even a second after the due date. Mail takes time. The company doesn't care and won't do anything to help you. Why help you when they can reject your claim and keep the money. They'll also be sure to copy your name incorrectly as well as your address from the printed forms you sent in. Could they care less, probably not.

Process for applying to cover. It took me a while to find. At first I could only see what would be covered. Those should have clickable link to the (one) form for asking for it to be covered. It seemed hard to find.
