They got me a great deal on home insurance. Very courteous the whole time even with my constant phone calls. In my personal experience, I would gladly recommend them to others.

At the start opening a policy and collecting our money was no problem, service was great. Sold a property advised them months in advance of the closing date. Having to chase them down month after month to return the over payment of our insurance which still have not received. They have no problem collecting our money for a year in advance but when is comes to returning the over payment no luck!!!

When we bought our home insurance policy ( had tenants and informed the broker of this), we were told that our deductible was $2000.00 per claim. I asked the broker if the tenant damaged floor/walls etc what the deductible would be and was told it would be the same. We had to put a claim in in June 2019 and then we were told by Gina that the deductible was for each damage.. ie. for each hole in the wall, each floor in each room, each broken fixture the deductible would apply. This was never explained to us!!! When I tried calling Gina Sekhon numerous times I never got any call backs even after leaving numerous messages. Apparently they did us a favor by treating the entire floor as one. Really poor service, very misleading service. When we're up for renewal I wont be using them

Just purchased a house and thus need a insurance and have to shop around for options. IQ was reffered by my broker. I got an email acknowledging that I opt to use them. I have to call them to check and was told the rep(Tina) assigned will call me back.She did called after a while and ask if I have a insurance I said i do as a tenant insurance and she just said "Ok we will close your file since your current insurance will just transfer it". But i havent been quoted yet by any, even by my current insurer. Disappointed by how she dont want to help.
