Excellent service! Took me 4 buses to get to Trois-Rivieres from Montreal but it was well worth the travel. Louis took the time to help me with the purchase of a car that caught my eye on their website. Louis' kind and friendly service made me feel at ease with my purchase. Unlike many car dealers out there looking to make a fast buck, Louis made me feel important throughout the entire process. He even came to the garage on his day off which was a Saturday so that I could pick my car up. I would definitely recommend Gervais Auto to my friends and family. Such a pleasant experience all the way through. I love, love, love my Nissan Murano!! Thank you!!

I had excellent service at Gervais Auto. They are very professional and welcoming. There are many professionals present and extremely available to answer all my questions. My representative was Maxime Carignan and he did a very good job. I am really satisfied with my purchase and the process to buy my car. I really recommend this dealer! I come from Laval and I went to this dealership, because their price is not comparable to the others and I would go all this way if it were to be done again! Thank you very much.
