If you need to have your Mitsubishi serviced you call and you’re transferred to the department in charge. After that point the phone is never answered so you leave a message. Then they don’t call back. I went in person to book an appointment as I was in the area before but it takes forever for them to even change oil, also it is pricey. Since I cannot reach them by phone as they don’t call me back after leaving a message I am never going back there again. It’s is a shame...

Brought my car to them to have serviced, and to have a new key cut and reprogrammed. They were behind and didn't start until a half hour after my scheduled appointment, For a simple repair (1 hour of billed shop time), I waited for 3.5 hours. Not a great way to spend an afternoon! On top, they were not able to reprogram the key I brought them, but insisted I pay for both the cutting and reprogramming. I was fine to pay for the key to be cut, but they would not drop the $40 reprogramming charge even though they were not successfully able to do it! They got their $40 in the end, but lost a potential return customer.
