I am a young owner of a Cayenne 2019, what I can say that the sales service very bad when I went inside for the first time to purchase my first Cayenne the salesman told me if I know that the car worth 75K starting price which telling i am not able to pay for it. Second thing service department I went there to check up a funny sound on the front wheel but they said no appointment can’t check it so I have booked an appointment but when I came in again on that day the sound wasn’t there anymore and instead of still checking it to see if they find anything suspicious they told me come back again if you hear it again with an appointment. I suggest you guys to go Lauzon even is the same owner but this all depends on people who give service or Prestige.

Very clean sharp atmosphere. Great help, great service. The staff looks sharp and certainly appear to be efficient. I had a very pleasant experience from noticeably knowledgable staff. I had a very good experience there with my nephew. He enjoyed the complimentary drinks and snacks that were at a superbly looking snacks bar. They have a machine that allows you to have a great variety of warm drinks while you wait for the appropriate technician to assist you.

Porsche always provides an excellent service via it's distribution network in Canada. Porsche rive sud is no different, with highly professional staff and an excellent support to customers, providing a very valuable advice and support

Extremely poor service. Not what I expected from Porsche service. Customer service is not something they know anything about. The staff there are very unprofessional. Sad...
