You buy them a high end car worth tens of thousands of dollars, and they'll still scratch a few more cents out of you by sending your information to Sirius XM, who will call you and send you mail every week. Other than that, I guess they're alright. They always offer compensation when they make a mistake.

BUYER BEWARE Good : well received, offered coffee, even allowed my son in the R8 to take picture. Bad after concluding the test drive , we started to do the paperwork , after reviewing the details , he had added “ dealer fee” which in his add list as included , had to argue with the guy to get it taken off , its Is illegal to add this to start , please make sure you review your contract and save yourself between 500 and 1000$ of ripping you off Was purchasing a CPO advertise car , keep in mind the CPO warranty is not included in the advertised price , its at least 1500$ more you need to account for . 2- After sales support : 1x They have detailed the car before giving it to me nice , once I got home , I notice the floor mat on one side was missing , contacted sale person ( Francois Durant, the same who try to screw me with the contract ), he said , no problem , I will go in the shop and send it to you , ok , 2 week later , no mats , send other message , no problem 6 message later and 5 months later , they finally sent it to me 3- CPO warranty , 0x BUYER BEWARE Well sadly I bought the car the week before the lock down , so after driving it home , it sat in the driveway for 3 months, once I finally got on the road , and got used to the car a bit much , had issue , read the fine print of the CPO not everything is covered

Came to Audi St-Bruno for after-sale maintenance on my vehicle. Was greeted before even putting my car in park! Staff is great & take the time to explain every detail in a way we can easily understand. When arriving at Audi St-Bruno, know that the entrance is by Sabourin Road. Due to the COVID-19 outbreak, this establishment adheres to all government recommendations, and thus, makes this establishment a safe place!

I wish I could give a 0 star. I bought an audi 2014 2 weeks ago, after 3 days of driving I hear a suspension noise. I take an appointment and they dont even provide me with a car for the meanwhile they keep my car for 1 day. Mr. Pierre calls me and says that the repairs will cost me 1958.06$ when in fact I only had the car for 2 weeks which is less then 30 days and as a consumer right they need to fix the car since they have provided me with 30 days limit for any defects with the car. Then I speak with Jimmy I guess the manager of the service department and says he can reduce the bill to 50% for the repairs and wants me to pay the other 50%. This is completely against the consumer right. Anyway, never dealing with Audi st-bruno again. first and last time.

I tried to email a salesman and got a brush off answer. Tried to call to get someone on the phone and left messages. Finally spoke to someone and they said they would call me back. The original “salesman” finally emailed me and said he made a mistake. Even if it was really a mistake his reply to my email was unprofessional at best. No one returned my call. All I wanted to do was buy a car. They made it super difficult. I ended up buying at another VW same day. They made it super easy. This dealership just lost out on 35k.
