I was in town for 5-6 days last fall. I wanted to get a couple of rides in while I was there. I'm a big guy and the only bike they had that came close to fitting me was a regular size which was a bit small for me. I've encountered this kind of problem before, but the staff made the best adjustments they could and I did well enough with the set up and had a good ride on a beautiful fall day.
I came in to rent again a couple days later for another ride and was pleasantly surprised that they had assembled a new, larger size bike from their own stock. They fitted me and off I road, for a really GREAT ride on another beautiful fall day.
I just learned my brother-law is moving near there, so I'll definitely be coming by the store when my wife when we visit in the coming years.
3 differents times i gone there...no services and no explanations when you need some...not useful place
