Not impressed with the service. They are masters at the art of making everything complicated... they are far from the efficiency of the dealer where are purchased my car... they make me doubt of I'll ever buy a Volkswagen again considering they are THE dealer in my area....
Wrong piece ordered delayed my repair, i was told a repair price and finally it was doubled and insurance didn't pay what it was supposed to.
Have a Jetta wanted to get emergency service but the mechanic is not open on weekends. Very bad inconvenience due to the fact that I work during the week and only have weekend to get this done.
I was shopping for a new car and ended up buying a Jetta GLI from this dealer. The seller William Caire was very helpful, allowing me to test drive multiple different Jetta models so I could make the best choice for myself. I was never pressured into buying and received great service! I highly recommend!
