Excellent and professional service! I was quite unhappy with my Ford dealership near my home so I have decided to try others in the area. Dupont Ford service department does seem to be a great place to have your car serviced. Quiet, nice area to work while waiting for your car to be ready. Nice view on the service bays from up there. Friendly technicians. Will be back :)

Great service

Great service over the phone, I'm going to go see them for warranty work on my fiesta next week. We'll see if they're as friendly in person. Update- Don't go here, they're a bunch of crooks. The ford fiesta in question needed warranty work on the transmission which they refused to do. I had to argue with the service manager over the phone for about a half hour to get the job I wanted done. In the end had to call in a favor from a client of mine who owns another ford dealership in northern Quebec to call them and "convince" them to do it. That shouldn't be necessary, the customer is always right and if they want work done you do it and that's it....ford is paying anyways so who cares. Just this week, my car has a bad wheel bearing I know this as I've been working on cars for over 10 years...I took the car in as it's still under warranty to get the bearing replaced, they proceeded to tell me that my tires were unevenly worn (they're not) and to tried to sell me 1000 dollars worth of tires and charged me 60$ for the roadtest....they didn't even put the car on the lift to visually check the bearing. On that same visit I asked their courtesy vehicle to take me somewhere and was told the driver would get me in the waiting room, nobody ever showed up. Now my wheel bearing is getting noisy to the point where I'm not confident in driving the car. DON'T GO HERE Oh and one more thing, they call you at all times of the day from blocked or unidentified phone numbers, They must annoy plenty of people because my phone identified the number as spam.

Best place to get a high quality car with a VIP service. I got a lease on a Ford Escape and they provided an amazing customized service.
