Brought a old bike that needed repair and was extremely pleased with the caliber of work completed- once the work was completed my bike was even better then when I first bought it. I was also very pleased with The time the team at the shop took to give tips and knowledge on my bike and how to maintain it in the optimal conditions - the entire processes and interaction was one of the best I have ever experienced

They left me with a bike that caused me to have a pretty rough fall because of a misunderstanding as to what was needed to be done. It didn’t occur to me that a repairman would give you back a bike that you couldn’t ride safely without mentioning it. I went 2-3 times before and the best case scenario was not bad in a pinch, but not cheap, quick or particularly well executed. Apparently matching your bike cable colour is too much of a fuss for them, to give another example.

Oliver bike is the worst hybride bike ever. Less than a year after buying a bran new bike there from his in house maden ones, I had to spend 337$ for better quality parts because the bicycle was falling apart and not shifting anymore.
