Great people work here
Very welcoming staff. By cons when it is necessary to repair something under warranty I always get out of the phony reasons knowing very well that it is guaranteed. Clear example on a door that lifts I am told that c but children who have made it but they are not able to open the door and that it is a knock on the door. With no bump and no scratches. On the side plastic panels of my Sedonna, the two sides just next to the fixing bolt it is broken for an unknown reason I am told that it is aesthetic therefore not guaranteed even if it is in the door and not outside and that its seems to be a design problem because it is exactly at the place of the bolt. The only lock on the car does not work the key does not enter I am told that it is probably not guaranteed because I have not used it enough. So yes very jovial staff but do not want to enforce the warranty. For this reason 3 star otherwise I would have put a 5. To follow because I have not finished and I tell well respect the warranty. And little advice do not take the extended warranty because still it will be hard to make them respected.
