I called them from Ottawa to discuss a dieselgate return vehicle I was about to purchase sight unseen in Montreal. The Carfax showed the vehicle was exclusively serviced at this dealership... a LOT, which had me worried it was a lemon. So I called them and spoke with Benoit -- he gave me over 10 minutes of his time to take me through the complete service history of the vehicle -- when someone is willing to help someone, even though they are unlikely to ever be a customer, that's a true sign of fantastic customer service. Dishonest garage! I proved that they wanted to rip me off for a lot of $$$. Pay attention. Too bad it is the only Volkswagen dealership in the Gaspé .. do not break down or get caught in the trap!
