It was a comfortable experience. Lianna was my car dealer and she really know what she was doing. She was so helpful and comforting because she doesn't hide anything from you. She will let you know what the deal is with no BS and will have lessons and tips for you in the process. I learned so much from her and for sure recommend her if you are getting a car. My experience with this branch was a process. After my car was damaged in hail, I visited the 17th ave house of cars to help me finance my first vehicle. Lianna was sooooo helpful, she got me into my dream car (Audi Q5). She searched high and low to find the exact Model that I wanted. About two months later I realized the car was toooo small for me and my family. I went back in to see Lianna, and she helped me to get a bigger vehicle (Acura MDX, my second dream car). And I LOVE this vehicle and the experience was amazing. One thing I love about Lianna is that she takes the time to help you find actually what you need. And she’s honest and straight forward. She looks for solutions, I would highly her.

This weekend i got to work with a hard working, caring, and intelligent woman, Lianna. She is AMAZING at her job, you feel she genuinely cares about you and getting you the best price on a car you want! 5 Star just on service alone.
