My 5 star review goes to Duff and his work team that were so patient and worked hard and after hours to see us at the office because we couldn't come at another time, and also to have the car ready for us. Unfortunately, we couldn't the buy car at the end for financial reasons, but I want to recommend this dealership to anyone who is looking for a good quality, well priced car with a very relaxed service. Their website states they will get you auto financing with bad credit....haha.ya right my credit is fair and they couldn't get me financing. They are false advertising. Didn't even seemed like they cared at all. Very cold. Im adding to this post ...went out to murray Chrysler in okotoks and they got me financing in a day through td Bank for a way newer more luxurious vehicle that cost more than the one i tried to buy off NWM. I guess new western motors didn't want the sale. Hahaha. Cuz it seemed like they could care less. I would not recommend this dealership.

Poor customer service. I got the vehicle that I was interested in purchasing inspected by an independent mechanic and it was found to have some serious defects. New Western Motors staff were pushy, rude and were trying to undermine the credibility of the independent mechanic. Smoking cigarettes in front of the clients also doesn't help. I don't usually post many reviews but was compelled to do so this time.
