Visited the dealership for my brother in law as they were advertising 0% interest rate. The radio advertisement was such that the Red Tag event was for only one day and they wanted us to visit the dealership to get the best possible offer. Upon arrival wanted us to focus on our biweekly payments than interest rate. Turns out 0% is for customers who puts in 50% of the cost of vehicle. Sales guy did his best of 4.49%. They would rather have us increase the term and lower payments than negotiate price or interest rates. Needless to say, we walked out of the dealership disappointed without a deal. Sales guy couldn't even give us total cost of borrowing at the end of term. This I would say due to lack of training. However sales guy was nice and tried his best to get us in a car with his best offers. I would give him 5 star for effort and his great customer service. 1 star is for the dealership management for not being open online/phone about conditons and for waste of our time to visit the dealership and false advertisement.

We just purchased our second vehicle from South Pointe Toyota and I highly recommend working with product advisor Afsheen if you are looking for a new (or used) vehicle. He was very knowledgeable of the vehicles, made us feel comfortable and found the perfect vehicle for us. He was also pleasant to negotiate with and did not make us feel pressured. We also appreciated finance manager Ryan making the purchase feel seamless and having patience with us getting a few documents in order. Continued great service, and of course great Toyota vehicles, will keep us coming back.

If you ever find yourself looking for a vehicle, make sure you ask for Ernesto. He was an absolute pleasure to work with in getting our vehicle. We got into an accident and were looking for a new used vehicle to replace it and the process was very smooth. Ernesto himself is very kind and easygoing and can't recommend him enough! Everything from looking at inventory, test driving, negotiating, and purchasing the vehicle was great!

Bought a used Rav4 from here with sales team member Chad Watts. We never felt pressured to make a decision and he made sure we were happy with our purchase! Even my dad liked the sales guy and he’s the most skeptical person I know! We went to three other dealerships and can definitely say South Pointe had the best sales team and the only one that didn’t have grimy sales techniques. Have had the vehicle over a month now and still love it!

I called South Pointe Toyota, asked for sales and got Justin on the phone. I told him I was interested on some of their RAV4 Hybrids and asked him if I can see the dealers invoice price before I decide and do the purchase. He said “YES” no problem. I gave him the stock numbers of some cars as listed on dealer’s web-page and he said he cannot give me the invoice prices over the phone, but he will do it at the dealership. When I went to the dealership, Justin tells me that he cannot show me the invoice price but…. and on he goes with the usual sales tactics. Being lied straight to my face, is not acceptable! I am faithful Toyota customer but will be working with a dealership that promotes a higher level of honesty and integrity than South Pointe Toyota.
