Prices are way to high for stuff they get for free

Has a bit of a funky smell when you first enter, nothing toxic, it just kinda smells like a musty attic or basement. All things considered, that makes sense. I cannot speak of the clothing selection as i haven't bought clothes here. But there appears to be a good variety. There is a section under a glass countertop of items that are priced WAY above their street value. Often you can find many dollar store items priced above their original selling price was when sold brand new. Need a blanket for your dogs bed? Need a cheap pot for melting wax in for your kits art project? Need a cheap canvas to paint over? Need big bag of random assorted power cords? Shop here. Or if your just looking to see what they have, you might leave with something fun that you didn't spend a fortune on.

One of my favourite thrift stores. Good collection. I like to drop in sometimes to find that special item. Life is like a box of chocolates...

Was turned around at the door because dogs aren’t allowed in. Funny how a store that sells hand-me-downs and old clothes won’t allow dogs in yet Winners and Homesense (which I’ve seen have better prices on new stuff than Value Village) does allow dogs no problem. That’s ok, I’ll spend my money elsewhere. There are many other businesses struggling at the moment that I’d be happy to give my money to.

At least somebody has figured out how to make good money with covid. Heres the reason for 1 sad little star, the change rooms are closed, which is fine, but their policies have not changed to account for this. If you are like me and you take 3 items home in order to find the 1 item that fits your manly curves then you are only able to bring the other 2 back for exchange......not for refund.
