West Coast Kia really looks after their customers! Ken specifically! I was looking for a used vehicle and Ken was able to hook me up with the perfect vehicle that had everything I was looking for. His funny, energetic and outgoing personality made the experience even better. He really knows how to put his customers first, and makes you feel like more then just another sale. I always get the best service at West Coast Kia, I traded in my car for a new one early this year. Everyone was amazing in my purchase process and really listened to what I wanted. The service department is always friendly and informative. I always feel well taken care of. I won’t go anywhere else to have my car serviced.

West Coast Kia is the best dealership I ever went to. Ray has been fabulous and exceeded my expectations. To be honest, I was a difficult customer and Ray has not once lost his professionalism and courtesy. I went in to trade in my old Kia and was looking into a Toyota, but Ray informed me all the pros and cons without any hidden fees of several different brands. Not only was he incredibly helpful, but he went above and beyond by answering all of my questions and concerns. He was always quick in response and was very informative. He prioritized my selections and requests rather than pushing me to purchase a vehicle. I left with a brand new Kia Seltos 2021 and I have never been happier. Thank you Ray and the other staff team.

Wonderful experience at this dealership! Staffs are wonderful. Would recommend as they are the best honest one there is! Credits to Pierre as he took out the awful memory of being ripped off for our first car purchase to a super comfortable deal, very very honest and transparent. He has been very patient with me & my husband’s sets of questions & requests to finally come up with the best car for us! We both love everything about our Kia Sorento!! I really am grateful we didnt feel rushed to make a decision but relaxed. I appreciate how considerate of him to make everything easy and comfy since I have a 8 month old son with me also. Overall a super satisfied customer 👍🏻👍🏻
