Evan Joo is a fabulous sales who listens to your needs and goes beyond. I listed the desire features I'd like to have and he made terrific advices towards the most suitable vehicle to get. He is very patience and detailed. Justin is a great manager who came out and help with pricing. They are not pushy, rather they really go beyond my initial needs. I met Evan over the phone last week. He genuinely understood my situation when I explained to him that I was not interested in buying at the moment but just wanted to know how the market was doing. He was polite and knowledgeable, also very helpful when he provided me useful advices and insights on current auto market.
