I met Evan over the phone last week. He genuinely understood my situation when I explained to him that I was not interested in buying at the moment but just wanted to know how the market was doing. He was polite and knowledgeable, also very helpful when he provided me useful advices and insights on current auto market. Found him very personable and he even offered his help when I am ready to purchase a car in the future, even if it's not from his inventory.
