Treated like I was the most important person in the room. No high pressure sales. Went out of their way communicating wonderfully through the entire sales process. Had patient personal training for the feature loaded vehicle that I bought. Treated with the utmost respect by my Sales Rep, referring to me as Sir on texts that he sent me. They dont ignore you after the sale, they have you come back in after 1,000 km driven to answer any questions you may have. Went to other dealerships before I settled with West Coast Toyota. They are head and shoulders above the rest. This is definitely the only place you should go to buy a Toyota.

We’ve had a great experience with West Coast Toyota for both sales and service. Bruce was great to deal with from start to finish and has been very helpful post sale as well which we’ve greatly appreciated. We also just recently had help from Laurie with some of the tech features that weren’t working. He came all the way out to our place to fix it, and answered several other questions I had too. Very personal and helpful service throughout from both and we’d definitely recommend. I love that you can text service too for help. We’ve been a Toyota family since I was a kid, and happy to have one again.

We had a great experience here. The dealership let us test drive the truck for a long time to our hearts' content so we can be sure it's the right vehicle we want. The sales representative that helped us was Damian, and he helped us got a very good deal on the truck.
