Good service

My experience at West Coast Mazda was just perfect. Brendan Jones was fantastic, helpful and even came in on his day off to help me. I purchased a 2021 Mazda CX 5 and so far I love it! I sold my previous vehicle before my new one came in so they gave me a beautiful loaner car. I would highly recommend them. The staff was all excellent.

Great helpful and friendly service

I had my car towed to the dealership in early November. I was aware that I didn't have an appointment and may have to wait, which I was fine with. They had my car for 15 days, and I had to make 3 phone calls to try and know the current state of my car, only to receive the call back a day late or simply not at all. While I understand that they are busy especially in these trying times, I feel there was a major lack of customer service and follow up with this experience. The price was quoted accurately and the car is running well, but because of the particular issue with the car, it required breaking components of the interior. When I picked up it on it's ready date, there were broken pieces of glass and plastic scattered throughout. It wasn't cleaned at all. I'm writing this so the dealership can be aware that communicating with your customers is always number 1.

I'm changing my review from 5 to 1 star, because I feel like I've been let down by Mazda, despite the fact that I've been their loyal customer for over 7 years. Due to an unforeseen COVID related emergency, I had to break my lease just months after having entered one. A reasonable penalty would have been fine. But I lost a hefty $16K because they just are shrewd about their business. Sorry Mazda, I'm with Kia now.
