Just bought our 2000 Toyota 4Runner from Aaron. What an awesome and seamless experience! Not once did we feel pressured to buy. He answered all of our one million questions with plenty of patience and was super responsive. Cypress Auto Brokers is a fantastic place to purchase a vehicle. “Great experience from start to finish.” Cypress sales associates take great care of their customers. For example, Moe was my sales associate, who repeatedly went out of his way to ensure that my car purchase experience was not the normal, boring event that most consumers dread. Moe was as transparent as possible, which means a lot to a customer who may not understand the car purchase process. During the finance process, Zabi and Aaron who have wonderful personalities, made the sighing process easy and painless. I would highly recommend Cypress Auto Brokers to anyone in the market looking for a vehicle. They are the only ones to deal with when buying a used car. I will never go anywhere else. Will definitely be using these guys again in the future for my personal car! Aaron and Henrique were great to deal - They went way long of their way to make me happy Very friendly environment and I fell they always had my best interest at heart. Car comes with all paperwork and maintenance history + a mechanic inspection. This is my first work van and I'm excited to get many more miles on the road with it. - Aaron & Henrique's histories resonates a lot with mine and many more hard working immigrants. You won't be disappointing in coming down to talk to them!

In the digital age, it's obviously much easier to enter a car lot as an informed consumer: Carfax reports, average annual fuel costs, recall notifications -- it's all online. Aaron at Cypress Auto Brokers knows this, so his focus on selling recent model used cars that are in great shape (many still under warranty) with professional service is a winning formula. I use the word "professional" deliberately. I felt zero pressure from him and all my questions were answered in friendly detail. I spent almost two hours there before I made my decision and appreciated that there was no fuss, no hassles, no surprises, and no last minute cost additions before we wrapped up my purchase. I'm also in the process of replacing our ancient sofa and honestly, buying a car from Cypress Auto Brokers was much easier and more satisfying. I would recommend this Better Business Bureau A+ ranked business.
