(Before I start I wish google would let us give 0 stars because I would do it for this dealership.) Booked an appointment a week before the appointment date. Once I arrived the car I was looking to check out was not ready for showing, car was dirty, the battery was dead, they said the car have no scratches or recalls, once I got there it have all those problems. Even after I personally check using the VIN number by myself just incase they lied to me. And ha! it have a transmission recalled which means they lied to me that it does not have any recall. As well as they didn’t even know that they have another exact same car in their warehouse. So they bring it out to me and yet they didn’t even took the the small effort to clean the dirt of the car. Just very bad customer service. I personally would recommend going to the one in Surrey way better customer service and care!

Their service was very bad, I will never come back again. I really want to suggest you to go to Chrysler in Coquitlam, they're much much better.
