Hands down the best dealer experience you will ever have! We purchased a new 2020 Ram truck. Our salesperson Giacomo was absolutely great - friendly, knowledgable and so willing to work hard looking after us - the customer. Our sales managers, Scott & James - both very professional, no 'games' and extremely fair! Finally Kris, the General Manager - thank you for approving the deal. These staff members were all kind, caring, and treated us like one of their own family members. Thank you. We have no hesitation recommending this dealership!!

I came to maple ridge Chrysler for the first time looking for a specific truck. Thomas from sales ended up helping me attain the truck I wanted. Was a bit of a process with the banks/ few other issues...but every step of the way; Thomas was there aiding in every way he could to get the deal to go through along with Daryl, the finance office manager. Thomas and Daryl treated me as a client instead of a customer - and for that, I am ecstatic! I recommend anyone/everyone to go in to ask for Thomas & speak to Daryl to get a deal that works for you!

Been dealing with Maple Ridge Chrysler for 4 years, and had the best Service Rep help me out today, James. The knowledge he had about mechanics allowed my truck to get fixed, properly, giving me back my confidence in the Ram 1500. Excellent Customer Service and communication. Overall, the dealership is better than most with their deals and customer service. Highly Recommended.

Purchased my truck from here back in November 2019 - The sales guy at the time worked to make sure that I got a loan and the truck that I was kinda looking for. (Sales guy no longer works here) He told me once I am in this 2017 Ram 1500 come back in 6-8 months and we will get you in a newer truck with better payments. The time has come and I am being told something completely different by the dealership. Now I am being told to wait another 6 months by them, I understand the sales people need to make targets, but don't BS people. ***People be aware if they tell you to come back in 6-8months its not true***

Highly recommend these people. I recently bought New Grand Cherokee Summit from this place. ERIN DANIELLE assisted me to find a perfect SUV with everything what I wanted. She did put all the efforts to make the deal work for us and I got the deal in my budget. The whole process went very smooth and I did not feel pressured at all. These people work for us and everyone was very friendly and welcoming. So excited to enjoy my dream car, couldn't be more happier.
