Was a bit of a process with the banks/ few other issues...but every step of the way; Thomas was there aiding in every way he could to get the deal to go through along with Daryl, the finance office manager. The knowledge he had about mechanics allowed my truck to get fixed, properly, giving me back my confidence in the Ram 1500. Excellent Customer Service and communication. Purchased my truck from here back in November 2019 - The sales guy at the time worked to make sure that I got a loan and the truck that I was kinda looking for. (Sales guy no longer works here) He told me once I am in this 2017 Ram 1500 come back in 6-8 months and we will get you in a newer truck with better payments. The time has come and I am being told something completely different by the dealership. Now I am being told to wait another 6 months by them, I understand the sales people need to make targets, but don't BS people. ***People be aware if they tell you to come back in 6-8months its not true***
