Wanted to take advantage of the Employee Pricing to factory order my "dream" convertible Mustang GT. Nick and the team at West Coast Ford Lincoln made it easy and when the car arrived, they actually had a better deal for me than when I initially ordered! Great job all around, great experience, never felt like I was being sold. Always answered my questions honestly. Also big shout out to West Coast Auto Group for their support of minor hockey in our community during these difficult times.

I have been a customer of West Coast Ford for about 15 years now and have purchased many vehicles from them. Recently I bought a 2020 Ranger and had the pleasure of dealing with Tessa Brouwer. She was an absolute dream to work with. Everything was transparent and she worked very hard to get me the very best deal. Everything moved ahead very smoothly and she kept me well informed through out. If you are looking to buy a vehicle I would definitely recommend seeing her. Buying a vehicle can be a stressful process but dealing with West Coast has always been very easy, you don't get that "sleazy" feel as you may get with other car dealers. As long as I buy a Ford it will be from West Coast.

Best Vehicle purchasing experience ever. Our sales Rep Alham was very professional, helpful and really had our needs and wants at the forefront of all decisions. Amazing listening and customer service skills! I was very impressed. The post sale full-up was amazing. I have never experienced that purchasing a vehicle before. Our credit Rep Laura is an amazing person as well. I highly recommend West Coast Ford!! I will never go anywhere else. Ask for Alham (Al) Ahmadzai, you will be writing the same review! These guys couldn’t have done any more for me! From start to finish the transaction was smooth and easy, everyone was friendly and so helpful. I traded an F-150 in for a Mustang and honestly couldn’t be happier with the service provided. I dealt mainly with Brent, Jimi and Laura, all of whom were great. Brent even helped us change a flat on our rental truck (whilst in his suit!) as we were stuck! Would recommend this dealership to anyone, and will keep returning there myself. Thank you!

I took my car in for “the works” today, and I must say from booking my appointment with a very kind woman over the phone to dropping my car off with Brad Milaney, I was very happy with the service I received. My appointment was at 2:30pm but I dropped my car off earlier in the morning before work, and they had it serviced, washed, and charged for me before noon. I was worried they would’ve taken the whole day, delaying my errands after work as other dealerships have done in the past. Thank you so much for exceeding my expectations today, I will most definitely be back!
