This place is horrible. I inquired about a vehicle I saw online but I was told to wait since they have to drive it from their Surrey spot to Maple Ridge which is closer to me. After arriving there, I met rob who looked like a jerk by appearance and attitude. I inspected it and it looks worn out ie many scratched, dry cracked tires etc. I asked for carproof report and it has some accidents but it was not a big deal to him. I asked for a trade appraisal and I instantly was told $500 for my 15 year old car just by looking at it. I guess their overpriced junk plus my lowballed car equals profit for him. I probably would have gotten a different response if I went to visit the other spot without calling first instead but who knows I might be dealing with the same guy.
Absolutley wonderful experience! Make sure you ask to speak to Omar or Abus, they are amazing to deal with and will find you the best fit!
