Had to renew my ICBC insurance over the phone, and was helped by Robert W. He was wonderful. Super friendly, exceptional customer service, and explained everything step-by-step to make sure I understood the over-the-phone renewal process. I have always received fantastic service at this branch, and was really happy to see it continue even during such uncertain times as the pandemic. Keep up the fantastic work, Hillside BCAA!
