Megson FitzPatrick Insurance Services

I use MF for both auto, and commercial business insurance. They are always professional, precise and thoughtful. I remember dealing with them when my bike was stolen 30 years ago, and up to today. Top notch.

As much as getting insurance done is a pain, these guys are awesome. I had a bit of an issue (entirely my fault) and the staff (specifically Jaclyn) went well above and beyond what I would expect from anyone.

AWFUL customer service at Megson Fitzpatrick. I got off work late so had to rush over to try to get to nearest Megson Fitzpatrick location before it closed at 5:00 pm. I arrived at 4:40 pm and the receptionist informs me "our agents are busy, they may not be able to help you before we close at 5". I stated that I arrived well before closing and that since my insurance expires in a few days over the weekend I won't be able to come back to renew. And yet the the receptionist told me "you can go to another of our locations open on weekends". To compound this issue, understandably only 3 people can be inside waiting area due to Covid, however there was no one inside and the receptionist made me wait outside in the cold for over 10 minutes. Another customer arrived and she was let in and helped immediately. Simply unacceptable customer service. Luckily, I was able to call Hendry Swinton Mckenzie (HSM) Insurance and explained my predicament, the gentleman on the phone took my name and said he would help me renew my insurance as he had to stay later to finish up work anyways. I couldn't beleive it, I went to HSM Insurance, arrived after their closing time of 5:00 pm and I was still helped with exceptional service; they even put the sticker on my plate. I strongly recommend going there instead!!!
