Update: Kelly did a great job renewing my car insurance. Upgrade to 5 stars. Kim was friendly, helpful and professional in helping me change my address after moving. Always find Harbord delivers. My only issue, hence 4 not 5 stars, was a very long wait on hold when I called in the morning. I had to hang up and call later. Classical on hold music was a nice change.

Nicole helped me with my auto and tenants insurance. She was able to answer all the questions I had and always replied promptly! Incredibly helpful and knowledgeable with overall amazing customer service. She ended up saving me a great deal of money on both policies. I would highly recommend speaking to Nicole for your insurance needs!

It was my first time renewing my insurance over the phone and now I will do it this way as long as these guys offer the service. I simply filled out a form and Jacob gave me a call. He was super professional and patient and if it hadn't been for my unfamiliarity with my new phone, the process would have completed even faster. Hands down the easiest insurance broker to deal with in all of Victoria. Have called on 3 separate occasions over the past year. Every time they have made the process Extremely easy a seamless.
