Renewed my insurance last year at this insurance company. One of the employees who speaks Chinese is total under train. Didn’t even ask the current odometer reading of my car, which is mandatory. By driving under 5000Km/yr could save me 10% of my insurance which is a lot for a new driver. But the employee didn’t inform me that at all!!!!!! Be aware!

bought insurance for my car last Saturday, went home and realized that the insurance sticker was missing so went back this morning. Explained my situation to the receptionist and somebody walked out of the office and heard what we were talking. His first comment was "you must have lost it". He repeated it a few times even though I told him I was sure the agent didn't give it to me. Long story short, eventually the receptionist found the decal in their in-basket. He then just walked out the door without even looking at me or offered an apology. Very disappointed in how I was treated and basically accused of lying.

Polite and kind brokers, but not necessarily the best at navigating issues on the ICBC system. I went last week to renew my insurance. Had a missed payment from my last insurance and a couple tickets I needed to clear in order to get my account in order, so I asked the lady to make sure I was covering both my penalties and my missed payment. She assured me the amount she was giving me was accurate, so I paid, and thought everything was ok, "It's cheaper than I thought, but she's the pro". Early the next week, I receive a letter from ICBC telling me I had missed the payment again and needed to pay immediately or go to collection. I went back to this location, spoke to a different lady, showed her the letter, made a payment. I called ICBC afterwards to verify, and they had put the money as an extra payment on my current policy, not as the actual payment to what I owe, so ICBC is still in the process of collecting from me, and I had to be in line for a while with their payment department, and now I'm awaiting to see if they can transfer the money, and I might have to pay additional penalties...

I called them three time and left voicemails. They did not return my call.I request to cancel my home insurance. They charged me full finance fee for 12 month and can you believe cancellation fee $80. When I asked explanation please 🥺poor response🤔

Staff are friendly and efficient. They take the time to explain your insurance and answer any questions you have. They also have great calendars which is good for me because I renew my insurance in January. They have my repeat business.
