Just was at the Victoria Shelbourne office and had a great experience. Shannon S. was wonderful and very knowledgeable. Not only did she help with my car insurance but was able to file a claim on my car and while she was doing this was also able to clarify on my condo policy with Intact. I was very happy to hear Intact now offers $100k coverage for my earthquake deductible. Thanks

I‘ve been using Western Coast for a few years. Last year, Joyce Jing started helping me with car insurance and property insurance. She is so knowledgeable and helpful. I have to say she is way better and more patient than the previous advisor!

I cannot say enough positive comments about my experience with Reuben and Tina at the Shelbourne branch. I was given an incorrect amount at another insurance company and actually paid that amount. For the renewal I went to the Shelbourne branch and Reuben actually questionned this high amount. With the assistance of Tina, Reuben noticed an error in the previous paperwork, the corrected the information and the cost was reduced by almost half!! Both Reuben and Tina spent whatever time they had to to ensure that they had all of the correct information when something didn't sound right. Can't thank them enough! Will be returning to this company for all of my insurance needs!!

An hour of interacting with Agent #04275 to transfer policies on my auto and residence was well worth it and I appreciate his concerns.
