I wanted to get a new home insurance policy and after providing information of the house through a month long email exchange, weeks went by and the agent did not follow through. Response was slow and when he said there were many unanswered questions that I did not respond to, I had in fact answered them. Resent the questionnaire and never heard back. Found a friendlier and customer oriented company. Would not recommend Thunderbird.

I’d never go anywhere else! Always pleasant, patient and super helpful. Quite a handful of agents as well so it’s always quick to run in and run out for any of your insurance needs! I definitely recommend them!

I can't say enough good things about the Thunderbird team. Two times now I have come to them with a messy home insurance need very last minute and Jim and his team came through in a big way and helped me meet my deadline. I've been with them for over 7 years now and I'm not going anywhere else, they are super friendly and seem to actually care about me and always call me by my first name when I walk in the building. Cheers to all the Thunderbird family, what you do is appreciated. :)
